What the hotel daily rate for a given period?
The daily values, hosting availability, promotions and packages may be consulted at any time by accessing the Check Prices in the right column of this website.
What is the Check-in (in the hotel)?
From 2 a.m.
What is the Check-out (check-out)?
Rates include meals?
It depends on the rate plan booked. The hotel offers daily options with and without breakfast.
The Hotel offers half board?
No. However, if the host want to have lunch or dinner should go to the Suez restaurant of our hotel.
What time is the breakfast?
Our breakfast is served from 6:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. in our Suez Restaurant.
When is lunchtime?
Our lunch is served daily from Noon to 15 a.m. in our Suez Restaurant.
When is the Dinner time?
Our dinner is served daily from 7 a.m to 10 p.m., also in our Suez restaurant.
I want to cancel my reservation. The hotel will charge some penalty for that?
The charge will depend on the time of booking, the cancellation prior to the date of check-in, as well as the reserved rate plan. When making your reservation or check the daily values, note the cancellation policy in the Description section and tariff rules.
What forms of payment are accepted by the hotel?
Hosting daily may be paid in advance by bank deposit, bank transfer or credit card. Extras (restaurant consumption, bars, mini-bar, laundry, etc..) May be paid at check-out in real, credit and debit cards.
Which credit cards are accepted by the hotel?
We received the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express.
I can spread the payment on credit cards?
The cost of everyday can be paid in up to ten times without interest (except the promotion Book Now and Save).Extra expenses (restaurant consumption, bars, mini-bar, laundry, etc.) may be paid by credit card, but may not be splitted.
Which debit cards are accepted by the hotel?
We received the following debit cards: MasterCard Debit, Visa Electron Debit and Cabal.
We accept checks?
We accepted some foreign currency?
No, we only accept Real.
The hotel accepts pets?
No. We only accept animals guides, accompanying the handicapped.
