According to Federal Law 8.069 / 90 (Statute of the Child and Adolescent), we do not allow the accommodation of minors under 18 (eighteen) years, unless accompanied by their parents or guardian.
If the child or adolescent is not accompanied by the parents, but by a guardian, it will be necessary to present, at the time of check-in, a document authorizing the accommodation signed by the father or the mother, with signatures recognized in a notary, Check-in and check-out, emails and phone calls to parents or legal guardians.
All children or teenagers must present photo identification or a birth certificate upon check-in. Without the proper identification of the parents or legal guardian of the child or adolescent, and if necessary, the authorization of the accommodation, it is impossible to stay at the hotel.
