Preferred beaches of families for summer
Amid the calm water beaches, warm sands and tranquility, the south coast beaches of Rio Grande do Norte stand out for their beauty. They are preferred by families at the time of summer, because here you can find cliffs, lookouts to watch the dolphins swim and to dive into crystal clear waters.
Located 21 km from the center of Natal, Cotovelo is accessed via the Rota do Sol, and is the first South coastline, consists of cliffs and is great for swimming when it is at the low tide. Camurupim and Barreta:
The beach consists of large Camurupim reefs throughout its length, forming a series of coves, making it ideal for swimming and hiking. Its great attraction is the Stone Hollow, a cave in the middle of the reefs, which can be visited at low tide. Barreta is a continuation of the reefs and Tabatinga Camurupim. With restaurants and hotels, has one of the most lively carnivals in South Coast
